You will have the opportunity to examine all of the text and graphics once your website draft is released. Within the predetermined parameters, you are free to ask for layout adjustments, content changes, and section reordering. We are pleased to accommodate you at our hourly rate if you want to add pages, grow the website, or make more significant changes than what was originally planned.

No, Unless you need assistance with future changes, you are not obligated to work with us on any continuing website maintenance. For $100 per hour or, if necessary, on a monthly basis, we provide website maintenance. Site Prep Digital does not charge you for your platform subscription (like as Squarespace).

You do, 100%. The website file is entirely transferred to your account and you will get Owner/Admin access once your final balance has been paid. You are in charge of roles and permissions, while Simple Sweet Sites stays on board with collaborator access in case you need support later.

Your web address, such as ".com" (or.net,.co,.org), is your domain. If you've already bought one, fantastic! If not, we'll guide you through the selection and purchase process.

To connect your custom domain, you must have a paid Squarespace subscription. Until we're prepared to publish your new website, we can develop it on a free plan.

Ideally, yes—it helps us design with consistency and brand accuracy. If you don’t have those pieces yet, don’t worry. We’ll talk about your options during your free intro consultation.

It depends on your project size and our current design schedule. Timelines begin once your brainstorm session is complete and we’ve received all your content.
1-page sites: typically delivered in 2–3 weeks
4+ page sites: typically delivered in 4–6 weeks
*Rush options are available for an additional fee if you’re on a tighter timeline.

No. We don’t handle hosting or domain subscriptions directly. Those are paid by you, to your chosen platform (Sqaurespace, Wix, etc). Since you retain full ownership, there are no extra hosting fees from us. We offer an as-needed site maintenance service with an hourly rate of $100/hr.

Every website design includes a Site Editor 101 session, offered either live via Zoom or as a pre-recorded walkthrough. We use your finished website as the textbook and cover all of the simple edits you may want to make, like updating text, images, or basic settings.
If your site includes special features such as Event ticketing, eCommerce, Appointment booking, or other custom tools, we’ll walk through exactly how to manage and customize those too. Going forward, we want you to feel secure, at ease, and in charge of your website.
